How do I buy Avalanche TTX?

Avalanche TTX can be purchased direct from Avalias as a digital download. Contact us for a quote along with your requirements and we’ll send through some options. We also offer a range of Avalanche TTX bundles with the software pre-installed and ready to use in a mobile kit.

Do I need Avalanche TTX Server?

You need Avalanche TTX Server if you want to link multiple computers together to run multi-site exercises, multi-team exercises, or if you want your scenario library, user accounts and results to be centrally accessible on your network.

Does Avalanche TTX Server need expensive hardware?

Avalanche TTX Server can run on anything from a standard PC through to a high end server in your data center. All that is required is a network connection. Avalias can also host Avalanche TTX Server for you in the cloud, or on a dedicated secure server. Ask us for hosting options

Can Avalanche TTX run in my organization’s managed IT environment?

Avalanche TTX has been tested in many managed IT environments, including Virtual Machine deployment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Ask us about the different deployment options for the Avalanche TTX client application – we have a solution for every level of security requirements.

Does Avalanche TTX require a lot of training for users?

Avalanche TTX can be learnt very quickly with self-paced video lessons or with a 2 day introductory face-to-face training course or online webinar. The software is incredibly easy to use, but if you require instruction, Avalias offer a range of training courses to meet your needs.

How much does Avalanche TTX cost?

Avalanche TTX starts at US$1,275 for government customers with population < 50,000. For larger organizations, please contact us for pricing information.

Can Avalias design scenarios for me?

Yes. Avalias can help you with building custom training scenarios and content, ranging from consulting and video production to a complete end-to-end scenario development service.

Can I install Avalanche TTX on multiple machines?

With Avalanche TTX Server, your seat licenses are floating so you can run Avalanche TTX on any computer on your network. Avalanche TTX Standalone is hardware locked, and you will need a license for each machine.

What are the system requirements for Avalanche TTX?

To run Avalanche TTX you will need:

  • A PC running Microsoft® Windows® 10
  • Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer. This is installed automatically by the Avalanche TTX installer.
  • At least 2GB of RAM
  • Approximately 250MB of disk space to install the application, and an additional 300GB of disk space is recommended for data
  • To access the Scenario Store, for multi-user or multi-site features, an Internet connection or LAN is required, and depending on your security settings, ports may need to be opened on your firewall.
